1. Services Provided

Strictly Clean Detailing will perform mobile auto detailing services as selected by the client. Services may include, but are not limited to:

    •    Exterior hand wash and wax

    •    Interior vacuum and wipe-down

    •    Deep interior cleaning

    •    Tire and wheel cleaning and shine

    •    Paint decontamination (clay bar, iron remover)

    •    Wax/sealant application

All services are performed using professional-grade products. Water and power will be supplied by the customer unless otherwise arranged.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices vary depending on vehicle size and condition. A final quote will be given before services begin.

Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted forms of payment: Cash, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, or credit/debit via Square.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

A fee may apply for no-shows or same-day cancellations. These fees include

• $40 for exterior detail

• $60 for interior detail

• $80 for full detail

4. Liability Disclaimer

Strictly Clean Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage including dents, scratches, tears, stains, or fading.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle with the technician before and after service.

We use safe and tested products, but are not responsible for any damage resulting from poor prior repairs, aftermarket modifications, or extreme conditions.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours of the appointment and we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.
